Cancellation or Change Policy Booking Conditions & Cancellation or Change Policy

Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the booking and for all other persons mentioned in the same, including minors.

1. Booking

You can send a request for availability and wait for our response.
Alternatively, you can book online by following the instructions available on our website www.piazzavenezialecamere.it Following the request, you will be sent an offer (not binding). The booking is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the guest’s credit card details or a bank transfer are provided

If this procedure is not carried out within the required time, the booking is to be considered as null. The booking becomes binding for Piazza Venezia Le Camere only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt or the credit card details on which to make the authorised withdrawal.

Send copy of payment by email

At this point Piazza Venezia Le Camere will undertake to send the customer a confirmation email or a summary voucher to be shown at check-in. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the aforementioned confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomaly. The communication must be received no later than 3 days after receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Online check-in is required after Piazza Venezia Le Camere sends the appropriate Link. Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

2. Payment

General Conditions

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.
The credit card details of the person who signed the reservation are required

Send a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer via email: info@piazzavenezialecamere.it indicating the date of your reservation, your telephone number and email address, you will receive confirmation.

Pre-authorization

Piazza Venezia Le Camere reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the customer’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs. With the pre-authorization Piazza Venezia Le Camere guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or a part of it, to ensure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. (except for non-refundable reservations) The pre-authorization expires automatically after 30 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In the event of a negative pre-authorization, the customer will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled. In this case, Piazza Venezia Le Camere will have no obligation towards the customer.

Extension of stay

Extension of stay requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and/or rate changes.

3. Tourist Tax

The tax applies to overnight stays per person, the ordinary rates of € 1.5 apply for a maximum of 5 overnight stays. Exceptions are made for disabled people and children under 18 years of age.

Booking and Cancellation or Modification Policy

By making a reservation, the person who completes the process is identified as the group leader and confirms that he or she is authorized by the other participants to adhere to the Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy of Via del Faro. The group leader is responsible for the total billing for all reservations confirmed by him or her. Requests after the expiration date must be communicated directly and exclusively by the group leader. Reservations do not allow for modifications. It would be necessary to cancel your reservation and make a new one. Any cancellations must be made in writing (via email). Cancelled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:

up to 20 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied; from 19 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.

In the event of a “no show” or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. Changes to the reservation are permitted up to 30 days before arrival

4. Causes of force majeure

The management declines all responsibility for poor service due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and thefts.
